Arun Sitaraman - Engineering and Governance
Arun is the founder of Efycaci, Inc. Arun founded his last company; Apt Solutions Inc. in 1995, to service tactical development needs of Silicon Valley corporations. Arun has over 16 years of engineering and management experience in the software industry, in environments that range from leading enterprise software companies to startups. He has worked at Sun Microsystems, Sybase, Hewlett Packard and Proactive Net. Arun is a recipient of Best Achievement awards in the years 1992 and 1993 for providing innovative software solutions for Sun Service delivery and Customer Relations Management processes. He has an extensive background in SDLC, overall corporate processes and procedures, and remote engineering operations. He has vast experience and expertise in a wide variety of software technologies, standards, applications and tools. Arun has submitted multiple patent applications for a novel business automation and enterprise-information-integration solution approach. Arun holds a M. S. degree in Computer Science and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Dasarathy Raghavan - Technology and Architecture
Dasarathy Raghavan (Das) has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He has worked in the past in companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Oracle, Beyond.com etc. He has co-founded two start-ups and was responsible for technical architecture, strategy, roadmap, building prototypes and working with early prospects. One of those start-ups worked on building a collaboration software tool-kit for business applications and another on accelerating applications that connect to databases. He specializes in data modeling, database performance, designing special purpose languages and building tools to automate processes. Das holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science, both from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
N.P. Kalyanaraman - Corporate law, Accounting and Contracts
Kalyanaraman has over 20 years of experience and proven track record in Corporate Law, Income Tax and all aspects of corporate accounting. He has deep knowledge and experience in IT business incorporation and constitution, and infrastructure development. He currently services several accounts including a number of local and multi-national corporations both in India and abroad, providing corporate law and accounting consulting services. Over the years, Raman has developed excellent contacts at various levels within the Government. Raman holds a Bachelors degree in commerce and accounting and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CA).
P. Malini - Human Resource Management and General Administration
Malini has rich experience in Human Resources Management and General Administration in the Information Technology industry. S. Sitaraman has over 5 decades of business and entrepreneurial experience in electrical power-engineering. Since his first professional experience, in 1949, with Madras Electricity Board, Sitaraman has emerged as a leading power-engineering consultant and contractor in the city of Chennai and the state of Tamil Nadu. He is the founder of Sarathy Electricals, an electrical consulting, certification, and implementation company, catering to the high-value needs of industrial and commercial establishments, in Chennai and Tamil Nadu state. He has successfully consulted and executed many mid-size and large power projects. Sitaraman has served as an executive officer with several professional organizations, including the President of HMV Association, Southern Region, and Electrical Installation Engineers 'A' Grade Association, serving the southern states of India.
N.K. Ramachandran - Human Resources, Education and Governance
N. K. Ramachandran has over four decades of experience in Human Resources Management in various vertical industries, including public sector steel industry and in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, and Pharmaceutical industrial complexes, and retired as Vice President of HR, SPIC Ltd. He has extensive, hands on experience in corporate recruitment, development and in management-education of working managers. He served as an Adjunct Professor of BITS, Pilani for their distance education programs for various industrial units and was the core faculty in the areas of Organizational Behavior and HRM for Management Systems program for eight years. He obtained a M.S. degree in Chemistry from University of Madras, a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from University of Calcutta, and received a certificate in Management Education from Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, and a Diploma in Social Service from St. Joseph’s College Institute of Social Work.
Ravee Nerur - Finance and IT Operations
Ravee has over 20 years of experience in the Indian IT industry, from its infancy to the present day vibrant growth. He has held senior management positions in IT operations and finance, including titles of director of operations and support, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with leading multi-national corporations in India, including, Texas Instruments, Apple, Compaq, Motorola, and Distacomm Communications. Ravee has broad experience in Corporate Governance, Financial control, analysis and planning, IT business modeling, and IT operations management. Ravee holds a Bachelors degree in Statistics, is a certified Cost and Management Accountant (ICWAI), a certified Corporate Secretary (ICSI), and a certified Financial Planner (FPSB).
