Arun Sitaraman - Engineering and Governance
Arun is the founder of Efycaci, Inc. Arun founded his last company; Orcheid, Inc. in 1995, to service tactical development needs of Silicon Valley corporations. Arun has over 16 years of engineering and management experience in the software industry, in environments that range from leading enterprise software companies to startups. He has worked at Sun Microsystems, Sybase, Hewlett Packard and Proactive Net. Arun is a recipient of Best Achievement awards in the years 1992 and 1993 for providing innovative software solutions for Sun Service delivery and Customer Relations Management processes. He has an extensive background in SDLC, overall corporate processes and procedures, and remote engineering operations. He has vast experience and expertise in a wide variety of software technologies, standards, applications and tools. Arun has submitted multiple patent applications for a novel business automation and enterprise-information-integration solution approach. Arun holds a M. S. degree in Computer Science and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
N.P. Kalyanaraman - Finance, Accounting and Contracts
Kalyanaraman has over 20 years of experience and proven track record in Corporate Law, Income Tax and all aspects of corporate accounting. He has deep knowledge and experience in IT business incorporation and constitution, and infrastructure development. He currently services several accounts including a number of local and multi-national corporations both in India and abroad, providing corporate law and accounting consulting services. Over the years, Raman has developed excellent contacts at various levels within the Government. Raman holds a Bachelors degree in commerce and accounting and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CA).

Arunachalam has international work experience, with Tata Burroughs Limited, Mumbai, India, and with Suburban Propane, New Jersey, USA. Arunachalam holds a M. S. degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a M. S. degree in Computer Science from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Trichy.
